Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records, receiving, inspecting, and storing goods using WMS/ERP and RF-scanning workflows.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, supervising issuing, packing, dispatch, and returns while enforcing FIFO/LIFO.
• Lead inventory control activities, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to forecast needs and expedite critical items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, maintaining housekeeping and safe storage.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including delivery notes, stock movement logs, and reports.

Requirements

• Proven background in store supervision or storekeeping within logistics, construction, or maintenance operations in the UAE.
• Strong familiarity with WMS/ERP workflows and RF scanning for high-volume stores.
• Experience preparing stock reports, performing reconciliations, and liaising with procurement teams.
• Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes and cycle counting.
