Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
• Create innovative approaches to attract new customers and expand store traffic.
• Track brand performance, reviewing stock levels to increase overall sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coach, train, and mentor store teams to enhance customer service levels.
• Plan and execute in-store processes, including cash handling and stock management.

Requirements

• 4 - 5 years’ industry experience with managerial background.
• Proven record of maximizing business performance.
• Good understanding of main customer segments.
• Ability to identify critical paths and proactively make timely decisions.
• Strong decision-making skills.
