Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product displays, and maintaining overall store appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
