Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients in the CICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic parameters continuously.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage medical equipment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license from a recognized authority.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit or Intensive Care Unit.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and critical care nursing practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• BLS, ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
