Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a comprehensive plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate the nursing care plan in the OT complex.
• Provide guidance and direction to junior nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to hospital, international, and federal standards.
• Assist in preparing the OT and ensure all equipment is available.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSc Nursing/Diploma of Nursing (minimum 3 years duration).
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience, with at least 1 year in OT.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
