You will manage logistics for the Motorola Phone business in the Middle East, specifically the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and drive improvements in delivery performance to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage logistics for the Motorola Phone business in the Middle East Region, especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Work closely with Logistics Providers to manage inbound shipments of parts for production.
Oversee outbound shipments of finished goods from Manufacturing.
Manage the local Distribution Centre and final delivery to Business Partners across KSA and the Middle East.
Meet and exceed KPIs, including delivery lead time, cost, and delivery quality.
Drive improvements in delivery performance to improve Customer Experience.

Requirements

Experience in logistics management, specifically in the mobile phone industry.
Strong understanding of inbound and outbound shipment processes.
Familiarity with managing distribution centers and final delivery to business partners.
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs related to delivery lead time, cost, and quality.
Proven track record of driving improvements in delivery performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
