Job Overview

OKX is seeking a Social Content & Events Coordinator to join our growing MENA team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role combines creativity, social-first content creation, and event management. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Arabic & English) storyteller with agency or brand-side content experience, eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech/crypto environment. You’ll play a key role in building brand presence across social platforms, shaping content calendars, and supporting high-impact events across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of monthly always-on content and campaign-based activations.
  • Produce native TikTok and platform-specific content (META, TikTok, X).
  • Manage monthly content calendars, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and execution across MENA.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to events.
  • Track and report on event performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of social content experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social-first content.
  • Experience as a content creator (video, EGC, platform-native trends).
  • Understanding of event management processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
