ALEC FITOUT is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the execution of a prestigious high-end fit-out project based in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will manage site execution from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site execution from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Lead a site team and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively resolve project challenges.
  • Monitor progress, conduct weekly reviews, and support commercial claims and variations.
  • Uphold the highest HSE and quality standards across site activities.
  • Develop, mentor, and motivate your construction team.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (BEng, BTEC, ND).
  • 10+ years’ construction experience, with at least 3-5 years in luxury fit-out.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with contract law, project scheduling, and fit-out execution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
