Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction operations.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with specifications, drawings, and project plans.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Monitor progress, quality of work, and resource utilization.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
