Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle service needs and concerns.
- Provide expert advice on required services, maintenance, and repairs, with a focus on Protech solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts, explaining all charges clearly.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle servicing.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a premium or luxury automotive brand.
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
- Valid UAE driving license and proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
