Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and format various documents, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy.
• Type, edit, and proofread documents to ensure grammatical correctness and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Manage and prioritize typing assignments to meet deadlines.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Typist or similar administrative role, minimum 3-5 years.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 60+ WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
