Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to facility-related service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards.
• Manage and train junior technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and report on equipment status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facilities Technician, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a dynamic resort setting.
