Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand MEP design drawings, specifications, and IFC documents.
• Coordinate MEP shop drawings and ensure timely submission and approvals.
• Verify and validate material submittals against project requirements and technical specifications.
• Monitor site installation works for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and BMS systems.
• Resolve technical issues and respond to RFI’s (Requests for Information) in coordination with consultants and design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ Years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, etc.
• Ensure MEP systems comply with local authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Work with QA/QC teams to implement inspection and testing plans (ITPs).
