Key Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Oversee the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to facilitate smooth service operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior stewarding staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steward, preferably in a supervisory role within a hospitality or events venue.
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage inventory and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
