Key Responsibilities

• Manage key sales and client relationships for the Fine Jewelry and Watches department.
• Optimize sales through enhancing client relationships and utilizing client database.
• Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
• Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
• Assist in coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection.
• Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards.
