Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to align the product backlog with company goals.
• Act as the key bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Lead and facilitate agile rituals, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Monitor product success using KPIs, customer feedback, and DeFi ecosystem analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and smart contract technology.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Web3 development tools is a plus.
