Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain.
- Balance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in execution.
- Advocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyse market trends and user feedback to inform product strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role.
- Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design.
- Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organisational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
