Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client requirements and analyze business needs and IT challenges.
  • Develop tailored managed services solutions covering cloud, security, ITSM, DevOps, and data/AI solutions.
  • Create technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Develop business cases and ROI justifications for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and cost-effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in IT service delivery, including 5+ years in a pre-sales or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, ITSM, and digital transformation.
  • Preferred certifications include AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, ITIL v4 Foundation, CISSP/CISM, and TOGAF.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
