Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational support for trade finance and related transactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all international trade regulations and company policies.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Prepare, verify, and process trade documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and reconcile trade activities, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within the trade support function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in trade support, trade finance, or a similar financial/logistics role.
• Strong understanding of trade finance products, processes, and international trade practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
