Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain comprehensive fixed asset records, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Oversee the financial aspects of various projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of fixed asset accounts to general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and internal policies related to fixed assets and projects.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to monitor project progress and expenditure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Proven experience in fixed assets management and project accounting within a large organization, preferably a bank.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
