Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures in HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts efficiently.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety standards and operational protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a hospitality or large-scale facility.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
