Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth.
• Oversee business performance and planning initiatives.
• Manage and lead various projects to successful completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relations.
• Forecast and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Performance, Strategy, Planning and Projects.
• Last 5 years should be at a Senior Manager level.
• Exposure to industries such as Properties, Contracting, Facilities or Asset Management is a plus.
• Strong skills in business strategy, performance, planning, and expansion.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions and project management.
