Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all aspects of lease agreements for retail properties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lease administration, preferably in retail or real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and leasing practices in the UAE.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in lease management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
