Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process IATA-compliant international and domestic flight bookings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs.
• Provide expert advice on ticketing rules, fare conditions, and travel policies.
• Handle complex itinerary changes, cancellations, and re-bookings efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of e-tickets and travel documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate travel strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IATA Ticketing Specialist, with a strong understanding of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
• In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and fare construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant travel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
