Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across both companies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law.
• Support creation and tracking of employee goals and KPIs.
• Handle resignations, offboarding process, and exit interviews.
• Prepare offer letters, experience letters, salary letters, etc.
• Coordinate soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience in an HR role.
• Solid experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (or similar HRMS tools).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks.
