Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Micro Fiscal Balance and consolidated budget.
• Coordinate with SODs and SOEs to facilitate prompt submission of forecast and budget data.
• Analyze forecast and budget submissions, implementing necessary amendments.
• Prepare management reports in accordance with stakeholder requirements.
• Prepare, review, and publish summarized monthly and quarterly financial highlights.
• Coordinate with IT to validate budget templates and reporting formats in ERP.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA qualification.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience as a qualified finance professional.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and their practical application.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and analytical skills.
