Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement continuous monitoring programs for key business processes and controls.
• Conduct regular data analysis and reviews to identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and emerging risks.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, detailing findings, risks, and recommended remediation actions.
• Collaborate effectively with business units to develop and track the implementation of corrective measures.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in continuous auditing.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the overall internal control and risk management environment within the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, continuous monitoring techniques, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
