Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all core Scrum and Agile ceremonies.
• Drive delivery across multiple parallel healthcare and biotech projects.
• Maintain visibility across a large, distributed engineering organization.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira or similar tools.
• Produce clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Keep sprint boards, backlogs, and roadmaps accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Proven Scrum Master experience in healthcare, health tech, or biotech.
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Linear, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with large, distributed teams.
• Clear communicator with a proactive, structured approach.
