Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Sales Development Strategy for the Middle East.
- Identify, recruit, and develop new channel/wholesale partners.
- Win utility contracts and engage in direct sales to established OEMs.
- Generate customer and market data to inform R&D and product development.
- Plan and budget annual sales revenue generation across the region.
- Generate weekly/monthly business reports covering activities and sales revenue.
Requirements
- Qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or Sales and Marketing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships in the Middle East.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of sales development best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience within the electrical industry.
- High proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
- Ability to travel freely across the Middle East region.
