Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by promoting specialized laboratory testing services to clients in the automotive industry.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients including OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and R&D centers.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers tailored to customer specifications.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and the R&D lab teams.
- Build long-term relationships by providing consistent technical and commercial support.
- Work closely with laboratory engineers, metrology specialists, and project coordinators to ensure project feasibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing, laboratory services, or industrial engineering.
- Strong understanding of testing standards (ISO, IEC, SAE, ASTM, OEM specs).
- Experience with testing equipment such as environmental chambers and vibration shakers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
