Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
Ensure strict compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
Implement, monitor, and enforce safety procedures and policies across construction sites.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, recommending effective corrective actions.
Provide comprehensive safety training and guidance to all site personnel and contractors.
Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and prepare detailed reports for management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Safety Inspector, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, regulations, and legislation (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001).
Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
Relevant certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA).
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
