Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all In-Room Dining orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Set up trays and trolleys elegantly according to brand standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful suggestions.
• Handle the clearing of trays/trolleys from guest rooms promptly.
• Support the team with mise-en-place and stock replenishment.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Room Service, F&B, or Restaurant operations.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
