Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for Nous and Pylones.
• Assume end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of Nous and Pylones, from daily operations to long-term planning.
• Work closely with store managers to ensure both stores operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Inspire and lead store teams to exceed sales and service goals.
• Manage budgets for Nous and Pylones, ensuring financial health and profitability.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
