Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage team.
• Manage and lead staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in planning and organizing outlet processes.
• Ensure the outlet provides quality food and beverage service consistent with SOPs.
• Achieve maximum revenue and profit in line with budget and forecast.

Requirements

• Highly qualified with 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Must be able to make every detail count and go beyond the obvious in every task assigned.
