Key Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and services.
• Take personal responsibility for upselling and achieving revenue targets.
• Provide customer service to tour operators and travel agencies.
• Manage reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and administrative procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hotel facilities, room layouts, and rates.
• Sales skills and the ability to upsell.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Understanding of hotel policies for no-shows and cancellations.
• Familiarity with Opera Property Management System.
