Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive information about the resort's facilities, services, and special offers to guests.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
• Ensure all reservation details are correctly entered into the property management system.
• Collaborate with other departments to accommodate special guest requests and ensure a smooth stay.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
