Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels professionally.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
• Ensure all guest requests are logged and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
• Contribute to maximizing room occupancy and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role in a hotel setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
