Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
