Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all costs relating to building projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and implement value engineering where appropriate.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Perform risk and value management and maintain strict cost control.
• Undertake cost analysis for various project work stages.
• Advise on procurement strategy and contract matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity surveying specific applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
