Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

- Perform risk and value management and cost control throughout projects.
- Advise on procurement strategy to optimize project expenses.
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders and bids.
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the UAE construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, costing software).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
