Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis to identify potential financial risks.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or agricultural sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, procurement, and contract law.
