Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures across warehouses and departments.
• Perform field inspections to verify proper execution of loading, receiving, dispatch, and documentation.
• Review productivity reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits on documents, loading procedures, and storage processes.
• Investigate operational gaps, damages, or losses and identify root causes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operational management.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills.
• Solid knowledge of operational processes and workflow.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain integrity.
