Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive quality records.
Collaborate effectively with project managers and teams to implement corrective actions.
Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector in general contracting (1-3 years).
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality assurance principles.
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and standards.
Excellent observational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and team collaboration.
Relevant diploma or higher diploma in engineering, construction, or a related technical field.
