Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to daily incoming emails and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate shipping documents with vendors, including corrections and missing information.
• Assist the sales team with product availability, delivery updates, and purchase orders.
• Follow up with FANR for pending permit approvals and troubleshoot MOHAP permit rejections.
• Prepare Loan Agreement letters when required and circulate daily delivery and printing emails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
• Strong understanding of import/shipping documents and vendor coordination.
• Experience using ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
