Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes using Oracle ERP.
• Coordinate between projects, office teams, and suppliers.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in Oracle ERP.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, onboarding, and contract follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably with Oracle ERP.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage procurement and operational activities efficiently.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
