Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs to prevent shortages.
• Process invoices, reconcile statements, and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Assist in supplier selection and performance evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Purchase Coordinator or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
