Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
Facilitate property viewings and negotiations between buyers/renters and sellers/landlords.
Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and excellent service.
Prepare and present property proposals and close sales or rental agreements.
Stay updated on real estate trends and market developments in Abu Dhabi.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
Target-oriented with a strong sales aptitude.
