Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
