Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding and application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
