Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience in villa or residential projects is mandatory.
- Familiarity with local authority approvals and inspections.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
